rustique achet\u00e9e et r\u00e9nov\u00e9e en 2018. En parcourant l&rsquo;Europe dans un camping-car \u00e0 la recherche de maisons \u00e0 vendre, mon p\u00e8re et moi sommes tomb\u00e9s sur ce joyau et n&rsquo;avons pas regard\u00e9 en arri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes partis avec l&rsquo;ambition de donner vie \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 et de la transformer en un foyer loin de chez soi. Depuis lors, le projet s&rsquo;est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, les invit\u00e9s sont devenus certains de nos amis les plus proches et la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 est plus vivante que jamais.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que l&rsquo;agritourisme devienne plus populaire et que la liste des choses \u00e0 faire s&rsquo;allonge, mon objectif sera toujours d&rsquo;\u00e9voluer en accord avec les philosophies fondamentales qui nous ont amen\u00e9s ici en premier lieu :  <strong>traiter les invit\u00e9s<\/strong> comme une famille,  <strong>innover<\/strong> de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 rendre les choses plus amusantes et, surtout,  <strong>partager<\/strong> notre amour pour  du <strong>bon vin<\/strong> et  <strong>bonne nourriture.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tout cela ne serait pas possible sans le dynamisme et le travail acharn\u00e9 de notre fantastique personnel, dont la plupart sont l\u00e0 depuis le tout d\u00e9but du projet. En parcourant l&rsquo;Europe dans un camping-car \u00e0 la recherche de maisons \u00e0 vendre, mon p\u00e8re et moi sommes tomb\u00e9s sur ce joyau et n&rsquo;avons pas regard\u00e9 en arri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes partis avec l&rsquo;ambition de donner vie \u00e0 l&rsquo;agritourisme et de le transformer en une maison loin de chez soi. Depuis lors, le projet s&rsquo;est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, les invit\u00e9s sont devenus certains de nos amis les plus proches et la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 est plus vivante que jamais.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que l&rsquo;agritourisme devienne plus populaire et que la liste des choses \u00e0 faire s&rsquo;allonge, mon objectif sera toujours d&rsquo;\u00e9voluer en accord avec les philosophies fondamentales qui nous ont amen\u00e9s ici en premier lieu :  Nous <strong>traitons nos invit\u00e9s<\/strong> comme des membres de la famille, nous <strong>innovons<\/strong> pour rendre les choses plus amusantes et, surtout, nous <strong>partageons<\/strong> notre amour du <strong>bon vin<\/strong> et de la <strong>bonne cuisine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tout cela ne serait pas possible sans le dynamisme et le travail acharn\u00e9 de notre fantastique personnel, dont la plupart sont l\u00e0 depuis le tout d\u00e9but du projet. Ce statut, le plus ancien du genre \u00e9crit en italien (traditionnellement, les statuts \u00e9taient \u00e9crits en latin), contenait des ordres \u00e9tablis et asserment\u00e9s par les m\u00eames habitants du ch\u00e2teau de Travale qui ont finalement form\u00e9 l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 constitutionnelle de la future municipalit\u00e9. Ce document est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme la <strong>premi\u00e8re preuve<\/strong> de la formation de la <strong>langue italienne<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h6>Giacomo Papocchi &#8211; Le saint patron de Montieri<\/h6>\n<p>En 1242, un jeune mineur local, Giacomo Papocchi, a \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9 d&rsquo;avoir vol\u00e9 de l&rsquo;argent dans les mines. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;amputation de sa main droite et de son pied gauche. Le consensus historique atteint, cependant, est que Giacomo n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas un voleur. Il \u00e9tait simplement un \u00ab\u00a0Montierino\u00a0\u00bb, qui, comme tout bon et vrai \u00ab\u00a0Montierino\u00a0\u00bb, s&rsquo;est rebell\u00e9 contre l&rsquo;exploitation oppressive des pouvoirs influents de Volterra et de Sienne. Giacomo cherche \u00e0 expurger son crime aux yeux de son Dieu et conclut que le meilleur moyen d&rsquo;y parvenir est de s&#8217;emprisonner dans une cellule pr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;\u00e9glise qui surplombe le village. Il s&rsquo;est repenti de cette mani\u00e8re pendant 46 ans. Il mourut saintement le<sup>28<\/sup> d\u00e9cembre 1289 et devint le <strong>saint patron<\/strong> du village.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h6>L&rsquo;exploitation mini\u00e8re reprend<\/h6>\n<p>Au <strong><sup>14\u00e8me<\/sup> si\u00e8cle<\/strong><b>,<\/b> l&rsquo;argent a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 s&rsquo;\u00e9puiser. Montieri est entr\u00e9 dans une p\u00e9riode sombre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la seconde moiti\u00e9 du<sup>18\u00e8me<\/sup> si\u00e8cle, lorsqu&rsquo;un c\u00e9l\u00e8bre min\u00e9ralogiste, Giovanni Arduino, y a d\u00e9couvert du <strong>cuivre<\/strong> et a ouvert quelques mines, dont la Carbonaie situ\u00e9e par Prategiano \u00e0 Montieri. L&rsquo;exploitation mini\u00e8re a connu un nouvel essor au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1900, lorsque Montecatini S.p.A. a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 extraire du cuivre, puis de la <strong>pyrite<\/strong><b>.<\/b> Cela a conduit \u00e0 un autre boom \u00e9conomique pour la r\u00e9gion, un chemin de fer a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit pour transporter le minerai de Montieri \u00e0 Piombino, o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9. Les vestiges de ce chemin de fer sont encore visibles aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h6>L&rsquo;avenir de Montieri<\/h6>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re mine, \u00e0 Campiano, a ferm\u00e9 ses portes en <strong>1994<\/strong><b>.<\/b> Campiano est proche de la ville de Boccheggiano et visible depuis l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel. Depuis lors, Montieri a connu une p\u00e9riode de transition. Au cours des trente derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, de nombreux jeunes ont fui vers des p\u00e2turages plus verts dans les villes, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on pouvait trouver des emplois.  <\/p>\n<p>Cependant, plus r\u00e9cemment, les choses ont recommenc\u00e9 \u00e0 s&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer. Le <strong>tourisme<\/strong> s&rsquo;est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa beaut\u00e9 naturelle, avec l&rsquo;apparition r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de nouveaux agritourismes et h\u00f4tels, et les services se sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s en cons\u00e9quence. Campiano a \u00e9t\u00e9 rachet\u00e9 par un certain nombre d&rsquo;entrepreneurs et est en train d&rsquo;\u00eatre transform\u00e9 en entrep\u00f4t pour h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res, en boulangerie et plus encore.  <span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); word-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-text-word-spacing );\">Montieri a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 le pionnier de la fameuse  <\/span><strong>1 euro<\/strong><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); word-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-text-word-spacing );\">  Elle a vendu ses maisons pour un euro (en s&rsquo;engageant \u00e0 les r\u00e9nover) afin d&rsquo;inciter les gens \u00e0 revenir dans la ville et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de ses b\u00e2timents, ce qui a incit\u00e9 de nombreux anciens habitants et leurs descendants \u00e0 revenir passer leurs \u00e9t\u00e9s et leurs vacances ici.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dans l&rsquo;ensemble, l&rsquo;<strong>avenir est prometteur<\/strong> pour cet \u00e9tonnant petit coin du monde, et nous en sommes compl\u00e8tement tomb\u00e9s amoureux. Ce statut, le plus ancien du genre \u00e9crit en italien (traditionnellement, les statuts \u00e9taient \u00e9crits en latin), contenait des ordres \u00e9tablis et asserment\u00e9s par les m\u00eames habitants du ch\u00e2teau de Travale qui ont finalement form\u00e9 l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 constitutionnelle de la future municipalit\u00e9. Ce document est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme la <strong>premi\u00e8re preuve<\/strong> de la formation de la <strong>langue italienne<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p>En 1242, un jeune mineur local, Giacomo Papocchi, a \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9 d&rsquo;avoir vol\u00e9 de l&rsquo;argent dans les mines. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;amputation de sa main droite et de son pied gauche. Le consensus historique atteint, cependant, est que Giacomo n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas un voleur. Il \u00e9tait simplement un \u00ab\u00a0Montierino\u00a0\u00bb, qui, comme tout bon et vrai \u00ab\u00a0Montierino\u00a0\u00bb, s&rsquo;est rebell\u00e9 contre l&rsquo;exploitation oppressive des pouvoirs influents de Volterra et de Sienne. Giacomo cherche \u00e0 expurger son crime aux yeux de son Dieu et conclut que le meilleur moyen d&rsquo;y parvenir est de s&#8217;emprisonner dans une cellule pr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;\u00e9glise qui surplombe le village. Il s&rsquo;est repenti de cette mani\u00e8re pendant 46 ans. Il mourut saintement le<sup>28<\/sup> d\u00e9cembre 1289 et devint le <strong>saint patron<\/strong> du village.<\/p>\n<p>Au <strong><sup>14\u00e8me<\/sup> si\u00e8cle<\/strong><b>,<\/b> l&rsquo;argent a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 s&rsquo;\u00e9puiser. Montieri est entr\u00e9 dans une p\u00e9riode sombre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la seconde moiti\u00e9 du<sup>18\u00e8me<\/sup> si\u00e8cle, lorsqu&rsquo;un c\u00e9l\u00e8bre min\u00e9ralogiste, Giovanni Arduino, y a d\u00e9couvert du <strong>cuivre<\/strong> et a ouvert quelques mines, dont la Carbonaie situ\u00e9e par Prategiano \u00e0 Montieri. L&rsquo;exploitation mini\u00e8re a connu un nouvel essor au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1900, lorsque Montecatini S.p.A. a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 extraire du cuivre, puis de la <strong>pyrite<\/strong><b>.<\/b> Cela a conduit \u00e0 un autre boom \u00e9conomique pour la r\u00e9gion, un chemin de fer a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit pour transporter le minerai de Montieri \u00e0 Piombino, o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9. Les vestiges de ce chemin de fer sont encore visibles aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/p>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re mine, \u00e0 Campiano, a ferm\u00e9 ses portes en <strong>1994<\/strong><b>.<\/b> Campiano est proche de la ville de Boccheggiano et visible depuis l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel. Depuis lors, Montieri a connu une p\u00e9riode de transition. Au cours des trente derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, de nombreux jeunes ont fui vers des p\u00e2turages plus verts dans les villes, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on pouvait trouver des emplois.  <\/p>\n<p>Cependant, plus r\u00e9cemment, les choses ont recommenc\u00e9 \u00e0 s&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer. Le <strong>tourisme<\/strong> s&rsquo;est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa beaut\u00e9 naturelle, et les services se sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s en cons\u00e9quence. Les temp\u00e9ratures baissent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pour atteindre environ 10-28 degr\u00e9s, et des averses de pluie occasionnelles se produisent. Les temp\u00e9ratures baissent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pour atteindre environ 10-28 degr\u00e9s, et des averses de pluie occasionnelles se produisent.
