Our priority is to make your stay with us to be about more than just a hotel room. With that being said, every room at VIN is a representation of what we consider a priority when traveling.
All of our rooms come standard with:

The Garden Rooms
These beautiful 20 sqm rooms are located below the main building on the ground floor and have direct access to the olive and fruit tree gardens. The 8 sqm terrace outside each room allows for comfortable evenings sitting outside and watching the stars.
Each room can be set up as King Size or Double.
Maximum capacity 2 people.
A deluxe breakfast at our restaurant Heima is included.
The benefits of picking our garden room include:

The Tuscan Rooms
These 22 sqm Tuscan style rooms are located on the second floor of the main building and offer beautiful views of the grounds and surrounding hills of Tuscany. We renovated the bathrooms of these rooms recently, meaning big showers and modern comforts.
Each room can be set up as King Size or Double.
Maximum capacity 2 people.
A deluxe breakfast at our restaurant Heima is included.
The benefits of picking our Tuscan room include:
- The best view of the mountains from the window
- A modern bathroom with roomy rainfall showers
- Beautiful 16th century stone walls, that classic tuscan vibe
- Being at the highest point means a lovely evening and night breeze, great for the summer heat.

The Honeymoon Suite
This 33 sqm Tuscan style room is located on the second floor of the main building and offers beautiful views of the surroundings hills of Tuscany. The Honeymoon Suite includes a recently renovated bathroom, meaning a big shower and modern comforts.
This room has one bed which can be set up as King Size or Double, and one sofa bed.
Maximum capacity – 4 people*.
*4 people in this room can be a bit snug, for longer stays or people that like it more spacious we recommend our Tuscan Apartment or our Villa.

The Tuscan Apartment
Our 94 sqm Tuscan Apartment is located on the second floor of the main building and offers all the amenities and comforts of a home. It has one bedroom with two king sized beds and a living room.
It features a massive walk-in wardrobe, big fireplace, a kitchenette, a lounge sofa, a dining table, and a large bathroom including a shower and a bathtub.
Our apartment has a private entrance while located in the main building and offers beautiful views of the surrounding hills of Tuscany.
The Tuscan Apartment has two King Size beds in the bedroom. An additional single bed can be requested to be added to the living room.
Maximum capacity – 4 to 5 people.
A deluxe breakfast at our restaurant Heima is included.

The Villa
Our 114 sqm Villa is located in a separate building for maximum tranquility and privacy. It offers all of the comforts of a home, including one bedroom with a king sized bed and a sofa bed in the spacious living room.
Stunning views over the gardens, over the rolling hills of Tuscany. Recently refurbished, our villa features the most premium amenities of all of our offerings. This includes air conditioning, a private patio, a big fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, a large dining table, and a recently renovated bathroom, meaning a big shower and modern comforts.
The Villa has one bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. For bigger groups or families, we offer the option to add the adjoining two rooms which contain one king sized bed and a bathroom and a queen sized bed (subject to availability, price upon request).
Maximum capacity – 4 to 8 people.
