Ideal on hot bruschetta, as an appetizer.
Ingredients:
– chicken liver (80%)
– sunflower oil
– extra virgin olive oil
– onion
– capers
– garlic
– sage
– butter
– anchovy paste
– salt
– pepper
– black truffle (Tuber aestivum) (2%)

Keep in a cool and dry place.
Once opened, store in the fridge at 4°C for 3-4 days preferably
