Pici is a pasta shape typical of Tuscany. It is a type of hand-kneaded pasta that requires the use of just three simple ingredients: flour, water and salt. Their shape resembles that of spaghetti but larger and porous and with an irregular length.
Today, pici are a decidedly versatile pasta that adapts well to any seasoning and sauce, from the simplest to the most refined and important.
