our wine cellar is a treasure trove for wine lovers, featuring an extensive and thoughtfully curated selection of locally sourced wines. from cheerful, easy-drinking bottles to exclusive fine wines, every choice reflects our commitment to quality and character.

our wines meet three essential criteria: they must be sound (free of faults), sustainable (organic, biodynamic, or equivalent), and special (each bottle has a unique story to tell). whether you’re dining in our restaurant, relaxing at the bar, or shopping in our farm shop to bring a taste of tuscany home, we have something for every palate.

quantities are limited, so if there’s a particular bottle you’re dreaming of, we recommend reaching out in advance.

our rare wines are only available for consumption at the premises, max 1 bottle of each label per table.
